Overview
The independent automatic vacuum feeder, also known as single-unit feeder or direct-type feeder, is one of the essential supporting equipments in the modern plastic processing industry.When installed on a hopper of rated height, it can automatically deliver granular plastic raw materials into the hopper. The whole machine adopts PC control circuit, featuring reliable quality and long service life. During the feeding process, the raw materials will not get damp, contaminated, mixed with foreign matters or leaked. It realizes automation in the feeding process, avoids the danger of high-altitude feeding, reduces labor intensity and improves production efficiency.This equipment is used for raw material conveying in injection molding and can automatically feed materials to injection molding machines.When the material barrel of the plastic central feeding system is short of materials, a signal will be sent to the feeder.The feeder conveys plastic raw materials into the material barrel of the injection molding machine by using the principle of air extraction. When the material reaches a certain level, the feeder will stop, and it will start conveying again when the material is insufficient.

Developed and designed on the basis of the original feeder, this new-type feeder is a small central feeding machine. It has strong suction, simple operation, beautiful appearance, and is safe and convenient to use. Equipped with one high-pressure fan and one or six central vacuum hoppers, it is suitable for multi-machine dehumidification, drying and feeding, or for separately feeding raw materials to different molding machines or material barrels within a ratio of one-to-six. It can greatly save space and cost, and can also be upgraded for use with multiple molding machines.

- High Material-Gas Ratio: With good fluidization effect and low air consumption, the material-gas ratio is naturally high. Through laboratory tests, when the equivalent distance is within 500 meters, the material-gas ratio can reach more than 30Kg (ash)/Kg (gas), ensuring efficient material conveying.
- Low Material Flow Rate: The material flow rate during conveying is low, which results in small wear of the equipment's valves and pipelines and long service life of vulnerable parts, reducing the frequency of equipment maintenance and replacement.
